中文摘要: 2020年,金银市场价格持续向好并处于历史高位水平,为贯彻落实湖南水口山有色金属集团有限公司“优先发展矿业,高效利用资源”的发展战略,进一步提升公司金银资源价值实现率,水口山选矿厂对铅锌选厂的选矿工艺和选矿过程控制进行了系统研究,通过数据分析论证、实验室小试、工业试验、生产实践等途径,探索出通过在选铅作业粗选添加3g/t乙基黄药,实施小改小革和强化生产过程管控,能精准将铅精矿含铅品位控制在50%左右,既能完美满足公司铅冶炼厂对铅精矿品位要求,又将铅精矿中铅金银回收率分别提高1.71%、4.53%、3.31%,具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract:In 2020, the market price of gold and silver continued to improve and was at a historically high level. In order to implement the development strategy of Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. "prioritizing the development of mining industry and utilizing resources efficiently", and further enhance the realization of the value of the company"s gold and silver resources Shuikoushan Concentrator has systematically researched the beneficiation process and beneficiation process control of the lead and zinc concentrator. Adding 3g/t ethyl xanthate, implementing small reforms and strengthening production process control, can accurately control the lead content of lead concentrate at about 50%, which can perfectly meet the company"s lead smelter"s lead concentrate grade requirements. The recovery rate of lead, gold and silver in lead concentrate is increased by 1.71%, 4.53% and 3.31% respectively, which has significant economic benefits.
