中文摘要: 针对青岛某金矿的矿石特性,通过理论计算得出精确化装球方案,考察了磨矿时间、磨矿浓度、钢球充填率对磨矿技术效率的影响。结果表明,在磨矿时间16min、磨矿浓度65%、钢球充填率40%、钢球配比m(Φ90) : m(Φ70) : m(Φ50): m(Φ30)=20:25:40:15时,获得的磨矿技术效率最优。采用不同钢球配比方案(推荐方案、现场方案、偏大方案、偏小方案)进行磨矿试验,并将推荐方案和现场方案的磨矿产品进行浮选对比试验。试验结果发现,推荐方案可有效优化磨矿产品粒度组成分布,比现场方案得到金品位和金回收率分别高3.92g/t、1.65%。闭路试验最终获得了品位66.21g/t、回收率95.01%的金精矿,研究结果为现场磨矿参数的优化提供了参考和指导。
Abstract:According to the ore characteristics of a gold mine in Qingdao, an accurate ball loading scheme was obtained through theoretical calculation, and the effects of grinding time, grinding concentration and steel ball filling rate on the efficiency of grinding technology were investigated. The results show that when the optimum condition was grinding time of 16min, the grinding concentration of 65%, the steel ball filling rate of 40%, and steel ball proportioning scheme with m(Φ90):m(Φ70):m(Φ50):m(Φ30) of 20:25:40:15, the obtained grinding technical efficiency was the best. Different steel ball proportioning schemes (recommended scheme, on-site scheme, larger scheme and smaller scheme) were used for grinding test, and the flotation comparison test was conducted for the grinding products of the recommended scheme and the on-site scheme. The test results show that the recommended scheme can effectively optimize the particle size distribution of grinding products, and the gold grade and gold recovery were 3.92g/t and 1.65% higher than that of the field scheme. The gold concentrate with a grade of 66.21g/t and a recovery of 95.01% was finally obtained by closed-circuit test. The research results can provide reference and guidance for the optimization of on-site grinding parameters.
