中文摘要: 为降低河南某低品位银铅锌多金属矿生产成本、增加经济效益,在详细的工艺矿物学分析基础上,进行了智能预选试验、工艺流程及参数优化试验,试验结果表明:适宜的智能预选粒度范围为15~50mm,抛废率为25.03%,Pb、Zn和Ag的品位分别提高至1.07%、1.15%和202.4g/t,分别提高了25.88%、17.35%和15.08%;采用铅锌依次浮选的工艺流程回收铅锌,银富集至铅、锌精矿中,铅浮选作业工艺流程为 “一粗三精一扫”,锌浮选作业流程为 “一粗两精一扫”, 最终可获得Ag品位和回收率分别为6863.8 g/t和56.21%、Pb品位和回收率分别为52.64%和87.52%的银铅精矿,Ag品位和回收率分别为1496.8 g/t和11.50%、Zn品位和回收率分别为45.28%和65.20%的锌精矿。另外,证明了自主研发的新型捕收剂XYS-1对本矿石具有较好的适用性。本研究为低品位银铅锌多金属矿的开发利用提供了新的思路。
Abstract:In order to reduce the production cost and increase the economic benefits of a low-grade silver-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Henan Province, intelligent pre-selection test, process flow and parameter optimization test were carried out on the basis of detailed process mineralogy analysis.Intelligent preselection test, process flow and parameter optimization test were carried out.The test results show that the appropriate size range of intelligent preselection is 15~50 mm, discarding rate is 25.03% and the grades of Pb, Zn and Ag are increased to 1.07%, 1.15% and 202.4 g/t,improved respectively 25.88%, 17.35% and 15.08%;Lead and zinc are recovered by the flotation process of recovery lead and zinc in turn,silver is enriched in lead and zinc concentrates, the process flow of lead flotation operation is "one coarse, three fine and one sweep",the zinc flotation process is "one coarse, two fine and one sweep",finally, we can obtain that silver lead concentrate with the grade and recovery of Ag are 6863.8g/t and 56.21%,the grade and recovery of Pb are 52.64% and 87.52%, zinc concentrate with the grade and recovery of Ag are 1496.8 g/t and 11.50%,the grade and recovery of Zn are 45.28% and 65.20%. In addition, it has been proved that the self-developed new collector XYS-1 has good applicability for this ore. This study provides a new idea for the development and utilization of low-grade silver-lead-zinc polymetallic ore.
