中文摘要: 针对内蒙古某钽铌稀有多金属矿,采用光薄片鉴定、X-衍射分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、电子探针分析等方法对其进行了详尽的工艺矿物学研究,查明了金属矿物主要为钽铌铁矿、锡石、细晶石等,非金属矿物主要为钠长石、石英和天河石。通过详细地工艺流程和工艺参数试验确定了“一段磨矿—强磁分选—分级摇床—摇精回收钽铌—酸洗除铁—摇尾回收锂铷云母—强磁尾矿综合回收长石云母”的选冶联合工艺,最终可得到(Ta,Nb)2O5品位为60.15%、回收率为21.70%的钽铌精矿1,(Ta,Nb)2O5品位为30.35%、回收率为3.17%的钽铌精矿2, Li2O品位0.89%、回收率为58.98%的锂铷云母精矿1(Rb2O品位0.34%,回收率为11.70%,云母含量为92%), Li2O品位0.60%、回收率为5.59%的锂铷云母精矿2(Rb2O品位0.28%,回收率为1.35%,云母含量为93%),Na2O品位6.88%、回收率为77.95%、K2O品位2.60%、回收率为68.30%的长石精矿,该长石精矿符合企业标准(QB/T1636-1992)中的合格品等级。
Abstract:For a tantalum niobium rare polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia, Detailed process mineralogy research has been carried out by optical thin section microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis, electron probe analysis and other methods,it is found that the metal minerals are mainly tantalum niobium iron ore.Through process test and process parameter test, the combined beneficiation and metallurgy process of "primary grinding - strong magnetic separation - grading shaking table - recovery of tantalum and niobium from shaking table concentrate - acid washing to iron removal -recovery of lithium rubidium mica from shaking table tailings - recovery of feldspathic mica from strong magnetic tailings determined,finally we obtained tantalum niobium concentrate 1 with (Ta, Nb) 2O5 grade of 60.15% and recovery rate of 21.70%, tantalum niobium concentrate 2 with (Ta, Nb) 2O5 grade of 30.35% and recovery rate of 3.17%; lithium rubidium mica concentrate 1 with Li2O grade of 0.89% and recovery rate of 58.98% (Rb2O grade of 0.34%, recovery rate of 11.70% and mica content of 92%) ; lithium rubidium mica concentrate 2 with Li2O grade of 0.60% and recovery rate of 5.59% (Rb2O grade of 0.28%, recovery rate of 1.35%, mica content of 93%);feldspar concentrate with Na2O grade of 6.88%, recovery rate of 77.95%, K2O grade of 2.60%, and recovery rate of 68.30%,the feldspar concentrate conforms to the qualified product grade in the enterprise standard (QB/T1636-1992).
