萤石型稀土矿稀土萤石绿色同步回收技术研究

中文摘要: 萤石型稀土矿浮选通常采用抑制剂抑制萤石及其它脉石矿物,羟肟酸类捕收剂优先浮选稀土矿物,浮选得到的稀土精矿再磁选提纯得到最终稀土精矿,再从稀土浮选尾矿中回收萤石工艺流程,该工艺和药剂虽然高效回收了萤石型稀土矿中的稀土矿物,但肟类捕收剂有一定毒性,且在优先浮选稀土作业萤石有用矿物的可浮性被强烈抑制,不利于萤石的再次浮选回收。因此,本文采用无毒药剂及稀土萤石同步浮选-稀土萤石混合精矿分离工艺技术,针对复杂难选萤石型稀土矿进行选矿试验研究,选矿原则工艺流程为:原矿磨矿-浮硫除杂-浮硫尾矿稀土萤石同步浮选-稀土萤石混合精矿浮磁分离。由于稀土萤石混合精矿分离浮选作业消除了稀土萤石混合精矿中不同矿物颗粒与捕收剂作用后形成无选择性杂凝聚团对磁选作业的不利影响,明显提高稀土精矿指标。对REO品位1.51%,CaF2品位16.13%的萤石型稀土矿原矿,磨矿细度-0.074 mm 含量占85%,采用预先浮硫,浮硫尾矿一次稀土萤石同步浮选粗选、六次稀土萤石同步浮选精选、稀土萤石混合精矿四次浮选分离和两次磁选分离工艺流程,闭路试验获得稀土精矿REO品位53.81%,REO回收率52.56%,萤石精矿CaF2品位92.03%,CaF2回收率67.77%,实现了萤石型稀土矿中稀土和萤石的绿色同步回收,也为稀土萤石混合精矿的分离提纯提供了一种可借鉴的方法。

Abstract:Inhibitors and are usually used to inhibit fluorite and gangue minerals during the beneficiation of fluorite type rare earth ore, and the rare earth minerals can be preferentially separated from fluorite and gangue minerals by using oxime collector, then the purify rare earth concentrate can be obtained from rare earth flotation concentrate by means of magnetic separation technology. The fluorite is recovered from the rare earth flotation tailings. Although the rare earth minerals in fluorite type rare earth ore has been recoveried efficiently through this process and reagents,however, oxime collectors have certain toxicity, and the floatability of fluorite is strongly inhibited during the rare earth preferential flotation operation, which is not conducive to the recovery of fluorite again from the rare earth flotation tailings. Therefore, non-toxic flotation reagent and rare earth fluorite synchronous flotation - mixed concentrate of rare earth and fluorite separation technology was used to carry out test research on a complex refractory fluorite type rare earth ore in this paper. The beneficiation principle process is as follows: raw ore grinding - sulfur floating - rare earth and fluorite synchronous flotation from sulfur floating tailings –separation ofrare earth and fluorite mixed concentrate by using flotation and magnetic process.The flotation separation operation of mixed concentrate eliminates the adverse effect of non-selective heteroagglomerates formed by interaction of different mineral particles with collector, the index of rare earth concentrate was obviously improved. The raw ore of fluorite type rare earth ore with REO grade of 1.51% and CaF2 grade of 16.13% was dealt with process including sulfurfloating, one timesynchronous primaryflotation for sulfur floating tailings, six times synchronous clean flotation, four times flotation separation and two magnetic separation for rare earth and fluorite mixed concentrate when the raw ore grinding finness of -0.074 mm accounts for 85%. The REO grade and recovery rate of rare earth concentrate was 53.81% and 52.56% respectively, the CaF2 grade and recovery rate of fluorite concentrate was 92.03% and 67.77% respectively in the closed-circuit test. The green synchronous recovery of rare earth and fluorite from the fluorite type rare earth ore was realized, furthermore,a reference method for separation and purification of rare earth and fluorite mixed concentrate was also provided.
