中文摘要: 随着优质铁矿石资源的逐渐减少,高硫磁铁矿逐渐成为未来铁矿石资源开发利用的重要方向。针对国外某高硫磁铁矿的矿石特性,首先进行工艺矿物学研究,查明化学组成、矿物组成及含量等;然后进行浮选条件研究,包括pH值、活化剂、捕收剂、磨矿细度等,确定了以CuSO4作为活化剂,乙黄药+丁黄药为混合捕收剂的药剂种类及用量制度,采用一粗两精一扫浮选闭路流程,获得了硫品位38.42%,硫回收率90.41%的浮选硫精矿。浮选尾矿经过磁选进一步脱硫,最终获得了铁品位70.56%,硫含量0.17%,铁回收率89.31%的铁精矿。通过红外光谱和XPS分析,查明了捕收剂需要混合使用而且用量较大的原因。加入乙黄药、丁黄药后矿石表面发生了一系列氧化还原反应,生成大量S-、S0、Sn2-等疏水硫化物,在矿物表面发生化学协同吸附。添加大量丁黄药,磁黄铁矿表面的铜的含量明显增加。与乙黄药相比,丁黄药更能促进Cu2+在磁黄铁矿表面的吸附,矿浆中大量乙黄药和丁黄药的存在促进了Cu2+在磁黄铁矿表面的吸附,从而促进了黄药在矿石表面吸附。

Abstract:With the gradual reduction of high-quality iron ore resources, high sulfur magnetite will become an important direction for the development and utilization of iron ore resources in the future. Based on the characteristics of a high sulfur magnetite ore from abroad, first conduct process mineralogy research to determine its chemical composition, mineral composition, and content. Then, flotation conditions were studied, including pH value, activator, collector, grinding fineness, etc. The types and dosage system of reagents using CuSO4 as activator and ethyl xanthate+butyl xanthate as mixed collector were determined. A one coarse, two fine, and one sweep flotation closed circuit process was adopted to obtain a flotation sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 38.42% and a sulfur recovery rate of 90.41%. The flotation tailings were further desulfurized through magnetic separation, resulting in an iron concentrate with an iron grade of 70.56%, a sulfur content of 0.17%, and an iron recovery rate of 89.31%. Through infrared spectroscopy and XPS analysis, the reason why the collector needs to be mixed and used in large quantities was identified. After adding ethyl xanthate, and butyl xanthate, a series of oxidation-reduction reactions occurred on the surface of the ore, generating a large amount of hydrophobic sulfides such as S-, S0, Sn2-, which underwent chemical synergistic adsorption on the mineral surface. Adding a large amount of butyl xanthate significantly increases the copper content on the surface of pyrrhotite. Compared with ethyl xanthate, butyl xanthate can better promote the adsorption of Cu2+ on the surface of pyrrhotite. The presence of a large amount of ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate in the slurry promotes the adsorption of Cu2+ on the surface of pyrrhotite, thereby promoting the adsorption of xanthate on the ore surface.
