中文摘要: 针对四川攀枝花某铁矿选厂磨矿产品细度不达标,铁回收率低的问题,提出在现场KLM-1250塔磨机中使用陶瓷球替代钢球作为磨矿介质进行生产的方案。首先在只改变钢球与陶瓷球磨矿介质的情况下,在JM-260型塔磨机中进行实验室磨矿试验,比较使用不同材质磨矿介质的情况下磨矿产品的粒度特性。接着对影响磨矿效果的重要因素(介质充填率和磨矿浓度)进行探索,设置介质充填率分别为61.86%、74.23%、80.42%及86.60%条件下的磨矿对比试验和磨矿浓度分别为78%、73%、68%及63%条件下的磨矿对比试验,试验结果分析以磨矿产品粒度特性为基准,重点分析比较磨矿产品细度、中间粒级含量及过粉碎粒级含量等指标,确定最佳的介质充填率和最佳的磨矿浓度范围。研究结果表明:在只改变磨矿介质材质的情况下,钢球介质与陶瓷球介质具有相类似的磨矿行为。但在JM-260型塔磨机中,陶瓷球介质不仅可有效减轻过磨,而且可提高后续选别所需的可选及易选细粒级含量。因此,在立式螺旋搅拌磨机中,使用陶瓷球作为磨矿介质的磨矿效果略优于钢球介质。由介质充填率对比试验和磨矿浓度对比试验可知,JM-260型塔磨机适用的最佳介质充填率为80.42%,最佳磨矿浓度范围为68%~73%。实验室试验所得到的最佳参数组合可用于指导选厂工业试验开展。
Abstract:In view of the problem that the fineness of grinding products in an iron concentrator plant in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province is not up to standard and the iron recovery rate is low, a scheme of using ceramic balls instead of steel balls as grinding medium in KLM-1250 tower mill is put forward. Firstly, laboratory tests were conducted with only changing the media of steel balls and ceramic balls to compare the grinding characteristics under different grinding media materials. Subsequently, the important factors that affect the grinding effect (medium filling rate and grinding concentration) were explored, and the comparative experiments were conducted under the conditions of medium filling rates of 61.86%, 74.23%, 80.42%, and 86.60%, as well as under the conditions of grinding concentrations of 78%, 73%, 68%, and 63%, respectively. The analysis of experimental results was based on the particle size characteristics of grinding products, with a focus on analyzing and comparing indicators such as the fineness of grinding products, the content of intermediate particle size, and the content of over crushed particle size, in order to determine the optimal medium filling rate and the optimal range of grinding concentration. The results indicate that the grinding behavior of steel ball and ceramic ball media is similar when only the material of grinding media is changed. However, in JM-260 tower mill, ceramic ball media can not only effectively reduce overwear, but also increase the content of optional and easy-to-select fine particle required for subsequent separation. Therefore, in a vertical spiral stirring mill, the grinding effect of using ceramic balls as grinding media is slightly better than that of steel balls. According to the filling rate tests and grinding concentration tests, the optimal medium filling rate suitable for JM-260 tower mill is 80.42%, and the optimal grinding concentration range is 68%~73%. The optimal parameters combination obtained from laboratory tests can be used to guide the industrial tests.
