中文摘要: 采用浮选试验、溶液化学计算以及XPS检测考察了铁介质磨矿对硫化铜镍矿石典型矿物表面性质及矿物在戊基黄药浮选体系中回收率的影响。浮选试验结果表明,与锆介质磨矿对比,采用铁介质磨矿后,三种硫化矿物的可浮性明显降低,不利于硫化矿的浮选回收,而磨矿介质对脉石矿物蛇纹石的可浮性影响较小,不同介质磨矿后,蛇纹石的浮选回收率基本保持不变。溶液化学计算及XPS分析表明,铁介质磨矿后更多亲水性的FeOOH在矿物表面的吸附是硫化矿可浮性降低的主要原因。
Abstract:The effects of iron medium grinding on the surface properties of typical minerals in copper-nickel sulfide ore and their recovery in amyl xanthoxanthate flotation system were investigated by flotation tests, solution chemistry calculation and XPS determination. Flotation tests indicate that compared with zirconium medium grinding, the floatability of the three sulfide minerals is obviously reduced after iron medium grinding, which is detrimental to the flotation of sulfide minerals,while the floatability of gangue mineral serpentine is slightly affected by the grinding medium, and the flotation recovery of serpentine is basically unchanged after grinding with different media. Solution chemistry calculation and XPS analysis confirmed that the adsorption of hydrophilic FeOOH on the mineral surface is the main reason for the deperession of flotation of sulfide ore.
