中文摘要: 内蒙古某铅锌矿,铅、锌氧化率均较高。选厂采用硫化铅-硫化锌-氧化铅-氧化锌顺序优先浮选工艺流程,回收氧化锌资源存在选矿成本较高、回收指标较差等问题。为较好回收该氧化锌资源,以现场氧化铅浮选尾矿矿浆为研究对象,其锌品位为3.70%,分别进行了硫化-胺法浮选、脱泥-硫化浮选和摇床重选三种工艺流程探索试验,脱泥-硫化浮选虽然细泥中带走部分锌,但是脱除细泥后,浮选矿浆条件得到较大改善,最终确定脱泥-硫化浮选工艺作为该氧化锌回收的原则工艺流程。考察了搅拌功率、搅拌时间对脱泥效果的影响,并研究了调整剂和捕收剂种类及用量对选矿指标的影响。结果表明,采用脱泥-硫化浮选工艺,搅拌功率1000 w,搅拌时间4 min时脱泥效果较好;新型药剂GH-7、GY-101较常规药剂,可有效的提高锌选矿指标,减少药剂用量,降低选矿成本;当GH-7用量为2000 g/t,硫化钠用量为20000 g/t,GY-101用量为300 g/t时,可获得锌品位27.29%、锌回收率77.13%的氧化锌浮选闭路试验指标。与采用现场生产工艺及药剂制度的实验室闭路试验指标相比,锌品位提高2个左右百分点,锌回收率提高10个左右百分点。试验确定的工艺流程及药剂制度,对现场氧化锌的生产具有较好的指导意义,为企业增加了经济效益。

Abstract:In a lead-zinc mine in Inner Mongolia, the oxidation rates of lead and zinc are relatively high. The concentrator adopts the lead sulfide-zinc sulfide-lead oxide-zinc oxide sequential flotation process, and the recovery of zinc oxide resources has problems such as high beneficiation cost and poor recovery index. In order to better recover the zinc oxide resources, the on-site lead oxide flotation tailings slurry was used as the research object, and its zinc grade was 3.70%. Three process exploration tests were carried out, namely sulfidation-amine flotation, desliming-sulfidation flotation and shaking table gravity separation. Although desliming-sulfidation flotation takes away some zinc in the fine mud, the flotation slurry conditions are greatly improved after the fine mud is removed. Finally, the desliming-sulfidation flotation process was determined as the principle process for the recovery of zinc oxide. The effects of stirring power and stirring time on desliming were investigated, and the effects of the types and dosages of adjusting agents and collectors on mineral processing indicators were studied. The results show that the desliming effect is better when the desliming-sulfurization flotation process is used with a stirring power of 1000 W and a stirring time of 4 min; the new reagents GH-7 and GY-101 can effectively improve zinc mineral processing indicators, reduce reagent dosage, and reduce mineral processing costs compared with conventional reagents; When the dosage of GH-7 is 2000 g/t, the dosage of sodium sulfide is 20000 g/t, and the dosage of GY-101 is 300 g/t, the zinc oxide flotation closed-circuit test indicators of zinc grade 27.29% and zinc recovery rate 77.13% can be obtained. Compared with the laboratory closed-circuit test indicators using on-site production processes and reagent systems, the zinc grade is increased by about 2 percentage points and the zinc recovery rate is increased by about 10 percentage points. The process flow and reagent system determined by the experiment have good guiding significance for the on-site zinc oxide production and increase the economic benefits for the enterprise.
