中文摘要: 西藏某斑岩型铜矿石中Cu、Mo品位分别为0.73%、0.044%,主要可回收金属矿物为辉铜矿、黄铜矿和辉钼矿,脉石矿物主要为石英、方解石、石榴子石等,随着矿产资源的不断开采和岩层分布变化,矿石种类日益繁多,矿物间交代嵌布关系复杂,采用原有的选矿工艺难以获得较好的选矿指标,为有效回收矿石中的铜和钼,针对原矿性质,采用混合浮选工艺开展浮选试验。通过条件试验确定适宜的磨矿细度-0.074mm占65%,等可浮粗选捕收剂BK404C和BK345总用量为32g/t,强化粗选捕收剂BK404B和BK404C总用量为28g/t,石灰用量2000g/t。在此基础上,采用“一次等可浮粗选,一次等可浮精选,一次强化粗选,两次强化精选,两次扫选”的闭路浮选工艺流程,最终可获得Cu品位23.27%、Cu回收率87.14%、Mo品位1.34%、Mo回收率82.24%的铜钼混合精矿,较好地实现了斑岩型铜矿石中有价金属的综合回收。

Abstract:The Cu and Mo grades of a porphyry copper ore in Xizang Province are 0.73% and 0.044% respectively. The main recyclable metal minerals are chene, chalcopyrite and molybdenite, while gangue minerals are mainly quartz, calcite and garnet. With the continuous exploitation of mineral resources and the change of rock strata distribution, the ore types are increasingly diverse, and the metasomatic and interlaying relations between minerals are complex. In order to recover copper and molybdenum from ore effectively, flotation tests were carried out by mixed flotation process according to the properties of raw ore. The optimum grinding fineness of -0.074mm accounted for 65%, the total amount of equal floating collector BK404C and BK345 was 32g/t, the total amount of enhanced coarse collector BK404B and BK404C was 28g/t, and the amount of lime was 2000g/t. On this basis, the closed-circuit flotation process of "once floatable roughing, once floatable cleaning, once strengthened roughing, twice strengthened cleaning, twice swept cleaning" is adopted to obtain a copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate with Cu grade of 23.27%, Cu recovery rate of 87.14%, Mo grade of 1.34% and Mo recovery rate of 82.24%. The comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from porphyry copper ore is realized.
