中文摘要: 本研究合成了不同接枝率及分子量的PMA-EDTC,并探讨接枝率及分子量对其铜铅分离过程中方铅矿抑制行为的影响,并深入研究PMA-EDTC在方铅矿表面的作用机理。结果表明,PMA-EDTC分子量和接枝率对方铅矿的抑制效果具有显著影响。PMA-EDTC分子量与方铅矿的抑制效果呈正比。PMA-EDTC不同接枝率进行的测试中,PMA-EDTC的抑铅性能并不与接枝率呈正向增长趋势;吸附量测试也证明接枝率的大小与PMA-EDTC在方铅矿表面的吸附量并不成正比,15%接枝率的PMA-EDTC在方铅矿表面的吸附量要高于10%及20%接枝率的PMA-EDTC。进一步利用TOF-SIMS等表征方法研究了PMA-EDTC的抑铅机理,结果表明,PMA-EDTC能够与方铅矿表面的铅离子发生结合,生成CHC6O3H9N2CS2Pb等物质,从而达到抑制方铅矿上浮的目的。

Abstract:his study synthesized PMA-EDTC with varying grafting rates and molecular weights, examining their impact on the inhibition behavior of galena during copper-lead separation. Additionally, the study delved deeply into the mechanism by which PMA-EDTC acts on the galena surface. The findings revealed that the molecular weight and grafting rate significantly influence the inhibitory effect on galena. There is a direct proportionality between the molecular weight of PMA-EDTC and its inhibitory impact on galena. Testing across different grafting rates revealed that the lead-inhibiting performance of PMA-EDTC does not positively correlate with the grafting rate; adsorption tests also demonstrated that the grafting rate does not directly proportional to the amount adsorbed by PMA-EDTC on the galena surface. Specifically, the adsorption amount of PMA-EDTC with a 15% grafting rate was higher than that of PMA-EDTC with 10% and 20% grafting rates. Further characterization, including TOF-SIMS, elucidated the lead-inhibiting mechanism of PMA-EDTC. The findings indicate that PMA-EDTC binds to lead ions on the galena surface, forming substances such as CHC6O3H9N2CS2Pb, thereby inhibiting the agglomeration of galena.
