滤材沉积耦合电场吸附捕收载金粉炭的实验研究

中文摘要: 载金粉炭随贫液上浸堆,造成金流失且在堆中截留金,对此应开发捕收方法。首先,通过检测与分析,发现粉炭在贫液中具有高液固比、难团聚、难沉降、难电泳的特点,常规手段难以捕收,应采用滤材沉积耦合电场吸附。之后,筛选滤材,通过沉积实验发现沉积率与表面粗糙度正相关,优选表层具有孔道结构的聚丙烯无纺滤材,孔径应为粒径D80的1.5倍,即20μm。最后,将支撑滤材的部分结构改为电极,形成电场,增强吸附。通过实验发现,耦合板网状电极,在场强为5 500V/m时效果最好,沉积率为55%,沉积量为108.95 g/m2,且电流强度不足以破坏氰根或造成电极金属沉积。该研究为在大流量、高液固比液体中回收带电微细颗粒提供了一种手段。

Abstract:Gold-loading powdered activated carbon immersed in the barren liquid cause gold loss and interception in the heap, thus the technique of the activated carbon powder collection is required. Firstly, it was found that the powdered activated carbon was hardly to agglomerate, settled and electrophorese in the barren liquid, and conventional methods are difficult to collect, so a filter material sedimentation coupled with electric field force adsorption should be used. Subsequently, filter materials were selected, and it was found through sedimentation experiments that the deposition rate was positively correlated with surface roughness. A preferred filter material was polypropylene non-woven with apertures size of 20μm, which is 1.5 times the particle size D80. Finally, the frame was reconstructed to an electrode pair to form an electric field thus enhancing the adsorption. It was found that the electrode had the best effect at a field strength of 5 500V/m, with a recovery of 55% and a collection of 108.95 g/m2. Moreover, the electrical current intensity was not enough to destroy cyanide or cause the deposition of metal onto the electrode metal.
