中文摘要: 针对川西某锂辉石矿生产原矿具有矿泥含量高、云母含量高、围岩含量高等复杂难选特点,开展了浮选工艺试验研究。浮选工艺研究结果表明,采用预浮-浮锂工艺,一段预浮抛尾,浮锂采用一粗三精一扫流程,实现锂辉石高效富集。采用碳酸钠-氢氧化钠作联合调整剂,LM-2作锂辉石捕收剂,得到Li2O品位5.24%、回收率80.26%的锂辉石精矿。
Abstract:In view of the raw ore mined in a spodumene mine in the western part of the Sichuan Basin, which has the characteristics of high sludge content, high mica content and high surrounding rock content, the flotation process test study was carried out.The results of the flotation process show that the pre-flotation-flotation lithium ore process is adopted, and part of the tailings is first removed by pre-flotation, and then the process of one coarse, three refinements and one sweep is adopted to achieve efficient enrichment of spodumene.Sodium carbonate-sodium hydroxide was used as the joint regulator for floating beneficiation, and EM-PN10 was used as the collector of spodumene, and the spodumene concentrate contained 5.24% Li2O and the recovery rate was 80.26%.
