国外某铁锰矿工艺矿物学特性研究及分离工艺

中文摘要: 为实现中低品位共伴生复杂铁锰矿资源合理利用,本文采用化学成分分析、X 射线衍射分析、场发射扫描电子显微镜等检测手段,针对非洲加蓬某中低品位铁锰矿开展了详细的工艺矿物学研究及探索性选别试验。研究表明:该铁锰矿中 TMn品位为34.20%,含锰矿物以软锰矿为主,占比54.21%;TFe品位为35.76%,主要以褐铁矿形式存在,占比35.76%;脉石矿物含量较低,主要为石英、黑云母和白云母等。软锰矿主要呈不规则粒状集合体形式产出,内部多孔,常与褐铁矿等紧密连生;褐铁矿呈不规则粒状、同心环带状集合体颗粒,内部孔隙/孔洞发育,孔洞常被微细粒石英等脉石矿物充填。基于工艺矿物学特性,,该铁锰矿资源矿物组成复杂且铁锰矿物性质相似,共伴生关系密切、矿物之间可选性差异小,采用常规选矿工艺难以实现矿物高效分离。采用氢基矿相转化-磁选工艺流程,可得到TMn 品位为 58.30%、锰作业回收率为85.15%的优质锰精矿及TFe品位为53.76%,铁作业回收率为79.00%的铁精矿的选别指标,为非洲加蓬某中低品位铁锰矿的开发利用提供理论依据。
Abstract:To achieve the appropriate utilization of complex ferromanganese ore associated with medium and low grade, the paper employed chemical composition analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, field emission scanning electron microscope and other testing methods to investigate the mineralogy and separation experiments of the complex ferromanganese ore associated with medium and low grade in Gabon, Africa. The research indicated that the TMn grade of this ferromanganese ore was 34.20%, and manganese minerals mainly in the form of pyrolusite, accounting for 54.21%. the TFe grade was 35.76%, and iron minerals mainly in the form of limonite, accounting for 35.76%. And the gangue minerals with low content mainly consist of quartz, biotite and muscovite. Pyrolusite was mainly generated in the form of irregular granular aggregates, with internal porosity, which was usually associated with limonite. Limonite is irregularly grained, concentric ring-banded aggregate grains with developed internal pores/holes. Based on the process mineralogy characteristics, the ferromanganese ore resources have complex mineral composition and similar ferromanganese mineral properties, with dense co-associated relationship and little difference in selectivity between minerals, making efficient separation of minerals with conventional beneficiation process difficult to be achieved. By hydrogen-based mineral phase transformation-magnetic separation process, the high-quality manganese concentrate with the TMn grade of 58.30% and the manganese recovery of 85.15% and the iron concentrate with the TFe grade of 53.76% and an iron recovery of 79.00% can be obtained, which can provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of a complex ferromanganese ore associated with medium and low grade.
