中文摘要: 新疆某金矿属于含锑、砷、碳质的难处理金矿,采用全泥氰化工艺金回收率仅为30%。本文对该金矿的金元素赋存状态进行研究,结果为工艺的选择提供依据。研究查明,矿石中可见金矿物种类包括Au-Ag系列矿物及Au-Sb系列矿物,可见金粒度主要集中在0~60 μm,Au-Sb系列矿物属于氰化易浸出矿物,对金回收影响大不。毒砂和黄铁矿是主要的载金矿物,这两种矿物中金的分布率分别是41.61%和24.53%,由于金主要被硫化物包裹,宜采用浮选—金精矿预氧化—氰化回收工艺回收金。原矿中碳质物含量0.12%,碳质种类包括石墨及无定形碳,金回收过程需警惕碳质“劫金”作用。
Abstract:The refractory gold ores containing antimony, arsenic and carbonaceous matter, and the recovery rate of gold is about 30% by whole mud cyanide,this paper studied the gold deportment of the ore, the purpose is provide the basis for the selection of the process. In the study of process mineralogy, the gravity concentration method was used to initially enrich the ore samples, and the heavy-mineral was made into polished section and scanned by using the automatic mineral analysis system BPMA. The results show that, the types of visible gold minerals in the ore include the Au-Ag series minerals and the Au-Sb series minerals, the Au-Sb series minerals has been proved to be a cyanide leaching mineral and has a little effect on gold recovery. Arsenopyrite and pyrite are the main gold-bearing minerals, the distribution rate of gold in these two minerals is 41.61% and 24.53%, respectively. Because gold is mainly inclocked in sulfide, it is advisable to use the flotation-gold concentrate pre-oxidation-cyanide recovery process to recover gold. The carbonaceous matter content in the ore is 0.12%, include graphite and amorphous carbon. In the gold recovery process, the “preg-robbing” ability of carbonaceous matter should be alert.
