中文摘要: 硫化铅锌矿中铅锌高效浮选分离时添加合适的捕收剂至关重要。本文选取方铅矿传统捕收剂丁基黄药(BX)、乙硫氮(DDTC)和丁铵黑药(ADD),通过浮选试验、微量热动力学分析、吸附量测定和润湿性能测定等研究碱性条件下捕收剂在硫化铅锌矿表面的吸附行为差异。浮选试验结果发现方铅矿和闪锌矿在碱性浮选分离中,两者回收率差值大小顺序为:乙硫氮(80.49%)>丁基黄药(76.49%)>丁铵黑药(66.40%),因此相比于丁基黄药和丁铵黑药,乙硫氮的选择性最好,此时方铅矿回收率为98.28%,闪锌矿回收率为17.79%。对比三种捕收剂在方铅矿和闪锌矿表面的表观活化能差值、吸附量差值和接触角差值,也能发现矿浆pH为12时,乙硫氮分离方铅矿和闪锌矿时选择性最好,从而进一步验证了浮选试验结果的可靠性。
Abstract:It is very important to add a suitable collector when flotation separation lead and zinc in Pb-Zn sulfide ore. In this paper, the traditional lead collectors BX, DDTC and ADD were selected to study the collectors adsorption difference behavior on lead-zinc sulfide ore surfaces under alkaline conditions by flotation test, micro-thermokinetic analysis, adsorption capacity and wettability determination. The flotation test results showed that the recovery difference between galena and sphalerite in alkaline flotation separation was in the order of DDTC(80.49%) > BX(76.49%) > ADD(66.40%), so compared with BX and ADD, the selectivity of DDTC was the best, and the recovery of galena was 98.28% and sphalerite was 17.79%. By comparing the apparent activation energy difference, adsorption capacity difference and contact angle difference of the three collectors on galena and sphalerite surface, it can be found that when the pulp pH was 12, the selectivity of DDTC was the best when separating galena and sphalerite, which further verified the reliability of the flotation test results.
