中文摘要: 某复杂难选铜锌矿铜锌品位比低,锌矿物种类多,可浮性差异大,且铜锌矿物两者复杂连生,并互相包裹,部分黄铜矿粒度细,呈固溶体分离结构分布在闪锌矿中,试验研究在详细分析矿石性质和现场流程考查工作基础上,采用“铜锌等可浮+铜锌再磨分离+强化选锌+铜锌分离尾矿和强化选锌粗精矿合并精选”工艺及新型铜锌分离抑制剂ZJ407,获得了铜品位14.45%、铜回收率46.03%的铜精矿和锌品位为45.52%、锌回收率88.27%的锌精矿,与现场“铜锌优先混浮”工艺相比,所获精矿金属互含低,主金属回收率高,试验结论在为该矿石现场生产技术改造提供了依据的同时为同类型矿石的回收提供了技术参考。
Abstract:A complex refractory copper-zinc ore has low copper-zinc grade ratio, many kinds of zinc minerals, and great floatability difference, moreover, copper and zinc minerals are complexly associated and wrapped with each other, and some chalcopyrite is fine in particle size and distributed in sphalerite in solid solution separation structure. Based on detailed analysis of ore properties and on-site process investigation, the experimental study adopts the mineral processing technology of “copper zinc equal flotation + copper zinc separation after regrinding + enhanced zinc flotation + combined cleaning of copper-zinc separation tailings and enhanced zinc coarse concentrate” and the new copper-zinc separation inhibitor ZJ407,which obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 14.45% and copper recovery rate of 46.03% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 45.52% and zinc recovery rate of 88.27%. Compared with the on-site "copper-zinc preferential flotation" process, the obtained concentrates have low mutual metal content and high recovery rate of main metal. The experimental conclusion provides a basis for the technical transformation of the on-site production of this ore and a technical reference for the recovery of the same kind of ore.
