Abstract:In order to explore the influence of backwater reuse on the double reverse flotation process of collophanite, a comparative test study of double reverse flotation under clear water system and backwater system was carried out. In this experiment, a medium and low grade silicocalciferous refractory collophanite with P2O5 grade of 24.37% was carried out in Yichang, Hubei Province. The experiment found that under the clear water system, after 1 coarse 1 fine reverse flotation magnesium removal and 1 reverse flotation desilication, the separation indexes of P2O5 grade 33.95% and P2O5 collection rate 70.83% could be obtained. Under the same sorting parameters, the addition of defoamer combined with backwater stage reuse process can still obtain phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 33.65% and collection rate of 73.75% after four cycles of backwater. The experimental results show that the addition of defoamer combined with backwater stage reuse process can stabilize the concentrate index of double reverse flotation, realize the backwater recycling of double reverse flotation process, and promote the conservation of mine water resources and environmental protection.
