中文摘要: 铅和锌资源在人类社会发展的各个方面都扮演着必不可少的重要角色,其产品被广泛应用于冶金、机械、化工和军事等不同领域。在多金属硫化物矿石中,闪锌矿和方铅矿通常紧密共存于矿石中。铅锌硫化物的浮选分离在很大程度上是通过使用抑制剂来抑制闪锌矿实现的。因此,开展闪锌矿抑制剂的研究,对于实现铅锌浮选高效分选有着十分重要的意义。本文全面综述了闪锌矿抑制机制的基础研究和常用试剂系统的抑制效果。其中包括无机抑制剂(石灰、硫酸锌、氰化物等)、有机抑制剂(果胶、槐豆胶、普鲁兰多糖、单宁类等)和2-羟基膦酰基乙酸(HPAA)和2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)等新型闪锌矿抑制剂以及这些药剂的组合。并展望了未来铅锌分离技术研究的发展方向,为更加绿色高效开发利用铅锌资源提供借鉴。
Abstract:Lead and zinc resources play an essential and important role in all aspects of human social development, and their products are widely used in different fields such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and military. In polymetallic sulfide ores, sphalerite and galena usually coexist closely in the ore. Flotation separation of lead-zinc sulfides is largely achieved by inhibiting sphalerite through the use of inhibitors. Therefore, the study of sphalerite inhibitors is of great significance for achieving efficient separation in lead-zinc flotation. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the basic research on the inhibition mechanism of sphalerite and the inhibition effects of commonly used reagent systems. It includes inorganic inhibitors (lime, zinc sulfate, cyanide, etc.), organic inhibitors (pectin, locust bean gum, pullulan polysaccharides, tannins, etc.) and novel sphalerite inhibitors such as 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid (HPAA) and 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA), as well as combinations of these agents. It also looks forward to the future development direction of lead-zinc separation technology research, which will provide reference for more green and efficient development and utilization of lead-zinc resources.
