中文摘要: 针对矿石机械破碎能耗高且破碎效率提升理论依据不充分的问题,研究不规则矿石颗粒准动态破碎的强度特征。通过开展不同性质不规则铁矿石颗粒落锤冲击破碎试验,研究不规则铁矿石颗粒准动态破碎强度的尺寸效应、形状效应和加载速率效应,建立破碎强度和破碎程度参数的变化关系。结果表明:不规则铁矿石颗粒破碎强度随初始尺寸的增大而降低,降低的幅度有减小的趋势,二者呈对数函数关系;随颗粒球形度的增大,破碎强度线性增长;随着加载速率的增大,平均破碎强度以对数函数的形式增大;不规则铁矿石颗粒破碎强度对破碎程度的影响显著,随着破碎强度的增大,碎块平均粒度以负幂函数的形式降低,破碎比以对数函数的形式增大,但变化速率均逐渐减小;研究结果对选矿厂改进技术装备、优化碎磨工艺参数、实现矿石破碎节能降耗系统改造提供理论基础。
Abstract:Aiming at the issues of high energy consumption in mechanical ore crushing and insufficient theoretical foundations for improving crushing efficiency, this study investigates the strength characteristics of quasi-dynamic crushing of irregular ore particles. By conducting drop weight impact crushing tests on irregular iron ore particles with varying properties, the size effect, shape effect, and loading rate effect on the quasi-dynamic crushing strength of irregular iron ore particles are investigated. Furthermore, the relationship between crushing strength and and fragmentation degree parameters is systematically established. The results demonstrate that the crushing strength of irregular iron ore particles decreases with the increase of initial size, and the magnitude of the decrease tends to decrease, showing a logarithmic function relationship between the two. As the sphericity of the particles increases, the crushing strength increases linearly. As the loading rate increases, the average crushing strength increases in the form of a logarithmic function. The impact of crushing strength of irregular iron ore particle on the degree of crushing is significant. As the crushing strength increases, the average particle size of the fragments decreases in the form of a negative power function, and the crushing ratio increases in the form of a logarithmic function, but the rate of change gradually decreases. The research findings provide a theoretical foundation for mineral processing plants to improve technical equipment, optimize process parameters in crushing and grinding operations, and achieve systematic transformation of energy conservation and consumption reduction in ore comminution systems.
