中文摘要: 针对传统选矿摇床的床面坡度调整操作依赖人工手动调节,工人劳动强度大、容易造成精矿品位波动等问题,本文开发了一种基于机器视觉的摇床自动调坡系统。针对摇床矿带图像的特征提取,提出了一种改进的YOLOv8目标检测算法,改进后的YOLOv8算法检测精度提高了8%达95%;设计了伺服调坡机构代替人工手动调节坡度机构,床面横向倾角调节误差为0.03°,调节速度为0.48°/s;构建了摇床床面自动调坡控制模型以代替人工调坡操作经验。实验研究表明,本文开发的床面自动调坡系统运行稳定,完全可以替代人工实现摇床床面坡度的自动调节。
Abstract:Targeting the manual adjustment-based, typical mineral processing shaking table surface adjustment operation, which has a high worker labor intensity, makes it simple to produce variations in concentrate grade and other problems. In this study, an automatic slope adjustment method for shaking tables based on machine vision is developed.The servo slope adjustment mechanism is designed to replace the manual slope mechanism adjustment, with a bed surface tilt angle adjustment error of ±0.03° and a speed of 0.48° per second; the shaking table surface automatic slope control model is constructed to replace the manual adjustment of the operating experience, and an improved YOLOv8 target detection algorithm is proposed for the feature extraction of shaking table ore belt images, with detection accuracy increased by 8% up to 95%, rather than adjusting the slope operation experience by hand. The automatic slope adjustment system of the surface created in this work can fully replace the manual to achieve the automatic adjustment of the slope of the shaking table bed surface, according to the experimental study, and it operates steadily.
