中文摘要: 为解决传统的氰化浸金工艺存在浸出剂毒性强,氰化废水和氰化尾渣环境危害大等问题,亟需开发出一种绿色环保的无氰浸出工艺。硫代硫酸盐法是最具潜力取代氰化法的无毒提金工艺。本研究以内蒙古某石英脉型金矿为研究对象,采用硫代硫酸盐浸金,详细考察了总氨浓度、铵盐种类、氨/铵比、硫代硫酸盐浓度、铜离子浓度、浸出温度和时间以及液固比对金浸出行为的影响,并对浸出过程反应动力学进行了系统的研究;结果表明,在金浸出过程中,硫酸铵可替代部分氨水,从而减轻氨挥发对环境不利的影响。在最佳浸出条件下,金浸出率达到94.23%,氨水初始浓度和硫代硫酸钠的消耗量分别仅为0.8mol/L和46.98kg/t。浸出动力学分析结果表明,金的浸出过程分为两个阶段,第一阶段,在浸出反应前20分钟浸出过程受混合扩散控制,活化能为13.19 kJ/mol,第二阶段,在浸出反应20分钟后,浸出过程受内扩散控制,反应活化能为4.84 kJ/mol。
Abstract:To address the issues of high toxicity in traditional cyanidation gold leaching processes and the significant environmental hazards posed by cyanide-containing wastewater and tailings, there is an urgent need to develop an environmentally friendly cyanide-free leaching technology. The thiosulfate method has emerged as the most promising non-toxic gold extraction process to replace cyanidation. This study focuses on a quartz vein-type gold ore from Inner Mongolia, employing thiosulfate leaching to systematically investigate the effects of total ammonia concentration, ammonium salt types, ammonia/ammonium ratio, thiosulfate concentration, copper ion concentration, leaching temperature, duration, and liquid-to-solid ratio on gold leaching behavior. A comprehensive kinetic analysis of the leaching process was conducted. The results demonstrate that ammonium sulfate can partially substitute ammonia water during gold leaching, thereby mitigating adverse environmental impacts from ammonia volatilization. Under optimal leaching conditions, a gold extraction rate of 94.23% was achieved with initial ammonia concentration and sodium thiosulfate consumption reduced to merely 0.8 mol/L and 46.98 kg/t, respectively. Kinetic analysis revealed a two-stage leaching process: during the initial 20 minutes, the leaching was governed by mixed diffusion control with an activation energy of 13.19 kJ/mol, while in the subsequent stage beyond 20 minutes, the process transitioned to internal diffusion control with a lower activation energy of 4.84 kJ/mol.
