中文摘要: 钛铁矿作为提取钛的主要原料,在航空航天、军事、化工等领域具有广泛的应用价值。然而,随着钛铁矿资源的持续开发与利用,高品位钛铁矿储量逐年减少。因此,采用合适的选矿方法提高低品位钛铁矿的利用率,对保障钛资源的可持续供应和推动行业可持续发展具有重要意义。针对云南某有用矿物含量低(mFe 3.58%,TiO2 3.82%)、矿物颗粒较细、矿物组成复杂及有用矿物理化性质相近的低品位钛铁矿,开展了“弱磁选铁-强磁预富集钛-摇床精选钛”的试验研究,得到mFe品位53.88%、回收率96.02%的铁精矿,TiO2品位47.32%、回收率25.71%的钛精矿,且所得钛精矿产品符合钛铁矿精矿六级标准(YS/T 351-2015),对矿石中的铁和钛实现了有效回收。
Abstract:As the main raw material for the extraction of titanium, ilmenite has a wide range of applications in aerospace, military, chemical and other fields. However, with the continuous development and utilization of ilmenite resources, high-grade ilmenite reserves are decreasing year by year. Therefore, the adoption of suitable beneficiation methods to improve the utilization of low-grade ilmenite is of great significance to guarantee the sustainable supply of titanium resources and promote the sustainable development of the industry. Aiming at a low-grade ilmenite ore in Yunnan with low useful mineral content (mFe 3.58%, TiO2 3.82%), fine mineral particles, complex mineral composition and similar physicochemical properties of useful minerals, we carried out the experimental study of weak magnetic separation of iron, strong magnetic pre-enrichment of titanium and shaking table titanium concentration, and obtained iron ore concentrates with a grade of mFe of 53.88% and a recovery rate of 96.02%, and TiO2 grade of 47.32% and a recovery rate of 25.0%. 47.32%, recovery rate of 25.71% of the titanium concentrate, and the resulting titanium concentrate product meets the ilmenite concentrate six-grade standard (YS/T 351-2015), and effective recovery of iron and titanium in the ore has been realized.
