中文摘要: 针对云南省怒江州兰坪地区低品位氧化铅锌矿石,对原矿性质进行分析,结合重选可行性研究,深入开展了重介质选矿试验和重介质联合摇床-悬振选矿机工艺试验研究。原矿性质研究表明,混合样品锌品位为6.35%,铅品位为1.22%,铅锌为主要回收的有价金属,脉石矿物主要为二氧化硅和氧化钙,并含有少量铁、铝化合物。重介质联合摇床-悬振选矿机工艺试验结果表明,相较于单一重介质试验,联合工艺提升铅金属回收率约11个百分点、锌金属回收率提升约19个百分点,具有较高的可行性。
Abstract:For the low-grade oxidized lead and zinc ores in Lamping area of Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the raw ore properties were analyzed, combined with the feasibility study of gravity concentration, and in-depth research on the heavy media beneficiation test and the process test of heavy media combined shaking table-suspension vibration concentrator was carried out. The study of the nature of the original ore shows that the grade of the mixed samples of zinc is 6.35%, lead grade is 1.22%, lead and zinc are the main recovered valuable metals, the gangue minerals are mainly silica and calcium oxide, and contains a small amount of iron, aluminum compounds. The results of the heavy media combined shaking table-suspension vibration concentrator process test show that compared with the single heavy media test, the combined process improves lead metal recovery by about 11 percentage points and zinc metal recovery by about 19 percentage points, which is highly feasible.
