中文摘要: 磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产的副产物,每年新增量巨大,现全球堆积量超过60亿t。磷石膏的大量堆积造成一系列如侵占土地、水土污染的问题,而且严重浪费资源,磷石膏可代替天然石膏制备水泥缓凝剂,但磷石膏中的SiO2、有机质等杂质会降低水泥制品的性能,严重限制了磷石膏的资源化利用。可利用水洗、煅烧、浮选等多种方法除去磷石膏中杂质,目前,通常采用浮选工艺净化磷石膏。本文主要介绍了磷石膏资源化利用中的正浮选法、反浮选法、正反联合浮选法、其他联合浮选法,并指出各种浮选方法的优劣,指出磷石膏浮选过程中存在的浮选药剂昂贵、浮选流程复杂、浮选后废水难处理等问题,为磷石膏综合资源化利用提出一些合理化建议。

Abstract:Phosphogypsum is a by - product of the wet - process phosphoric acid production. Its annual increment is huge, and the current global stockpile exceeds 6 billion tons. The large - scale accumulation of phosphogypsum has caused a series of problems, such as occupying land, polluting soil and water, and it also leads to serious waste of resources. Phosphogypsum can replace natural gypsum to prepare cement retarder. However, impurities in phosphogypsum such as SiO2 and organic matter will reduce the performance of cement products, which severely restricts the resource utilization of phosphogypsum. Impurities in phosphogypsum can be removed through various methods such as water washing, calcination, and flotation. At present, the flotation process is commonly used to purify phosphogypsum.This paper mainly introduces the direct flotation method, reverse flotation method, combined direct - reverse flotation method, and other combined flotation methods in the resource utilization of phosphogypsum, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of various flotation methods. It also points out the problems existing in the phosphogypsum flotation process, such as the high cost of flotation reagents, the complex flotation process, and the difficulty in treating the wastewater after flotation. Finally, some rational suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
