中文摘要: 为了厘清影响立磨机磨矿作用的内在因子,基于实验室五因素四水平正交试验,探究了结构参数及工艺参数对磨矿能耗的影响机制;基于离散单元法进行同条件仿真,探究了研磨介质力学参数、运动学参数及能量参数的变化规律。两者对比分析,研究结果表明:介质间的切向力、法向力是影响立磨机磨矿作用的内在因子,对立磨机细磨机理研究及设备优化放大,具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:In order to clarify the internal factors affecting the grinding action of tower mills, the influence mechanism of structural parameters and process parameters on the grinding energy consumption was investigated based on the laboratory five factor four level orthogonal experiment. Based on the discrete element method, the same condition simulation was conducted to explore the variation laws of mechanical parameters, kinematic parameters, and energy parameters of grinding media. The comparison analysis of the two shows that: the tangential force and normal force between the media are the intrinsic factors that affect the grinding action of the vertical mill. The research on the fine grinding mechanism of the vertical mill and the optimization and amplification of the equipment have important guiding significance.
