中文摘要: 我国磷矿资源丰富,储量较大,已探明资源量位居世界前列,但存在资源分布不均、“富矿少、贫矿多”、平均品位较低的问题,常见难选沉积硅-钙质磷块岩普遍具有嵌布粒度细、矿物组成复杂、共生关系密切的特点,导致传统单一正、反浮选工艺难以获得理想的选矿效果,在此背景下,双反浮选工艺因其特殊技术路线,通过选择性抑制和差异性捕收实现了硅酸盐与碳酸盐脉石矿物的高效分离,现已成为处理中低品位胶磷矿的核心分选技术。综述了双反浮选工艺在捕收剂和抑制剂作用原理、新型捕收药剂研发、不同工艺流程选择等方面的研究进展,重点讨论了云南、贵州、湖北三省的磷矿选矿工艺,针对以上不同地域矿石特性,采用双反浮选与其他工艺联合的差异化分选方案,应用案例表明,通过双反浮选工艺的持续优化与组合创新,最终可获得稳定的优质磷精矿,满足下游生产需要。总结了双反浮选工艺的主要发展和研究方向,指出新型环保药剂研制、流程优化控制与智能系统结合将是解决磷资源供需矛盾、实现行业可持续发展的重要技术支撑,为我国中低品位胶磷矿资源的高效利用提供了切实可行的技术方案。
Abstract:China is endowed with abundant phosphate ore resources,with proven reserves ranking among the top in the world. However,these resources are unevenly distributed,characterized by a scarcity of rich ores and an abundance of lean ores,as well as a relatively low average grade. The commonly encountered difficult-to-select sedimentary siliceous and calcareous phosphate rocks generally exhibit fine dissemination size,complex mineral composition,and close intergrowths,which make it challenging for traditional single positive or reverse flotation processes to achieve satisfactory mineral processing results. Against this backdrop,the double reverse flotation process, with its unique technical approach,has enabled the efficient separation of silicate and carbonate gangue minerals through selective depression and differential collection. It has now become the core sorting technology for treating medium- and low-grade collophane ores. This paper reviews the research progress of the double reverse flotation process in terms of the principles of action of collectors and depressants,the development of new collector agents,and the selection of different process flows. Particular emphasis is placed on the mineral processing technologies of phosphate ores in Yunnan,Guizhou,and Hubei provinces. In response to the characteristics of ores from different regions,a differentiated sorting scheme combining double reverse flotation with other processes has been adopted. Case applications have demonstrated that through continuous optimization and innovative combinations of the double reverse flotation process,stable high-quality phosphate concentrates can ultimately be obtained to meet the needs of downstream production. The main developments and research directions of the double reverse flotation process are summarized,with the development of new environmentally friendly agents, optimization and control of processes,and integration with intelligent systems identified as important technological supports for resolving the supply and demand contradictions of phosphate resources and achieving sustainable development in the industry. This provides a practical and feasible technical pathway for the efficient utilization of medium- and low-grade collophane ore resources in China.
