中文摘要: 浮选设备是实现浮选工艺的核心装备,为矿产资源的高效开发发挥了重要作用。随着矿产资源开采量增加,矿石日趋贫化,矿物颗粒的粒度大小对浮选效果的影响愈来愈显著。本文以矿物颗粒粒度为主线,从基础理论、关键技术和产业应用 三个层次,梳理和分析了常规粒级、粗粒级及细粒级浮选装备及其智能化方面的研究进展。总的来看,在矿产资源需求加剧和选矿厂绿色、低碳、智能化发展需求等多重因素叠加下,浮选装备的发展空前繁荣,处于历史发展的新阶段。

Abstract:Flotation equipment is the core equipment for flotation processing and plays an important role in the efficient recovery of mineral resources. With the exploitation of mineral resources,the ore is increasingly depleted,and the size of mineral particles has an increasingly significant impact during processing. This article takes mineral particle size as the main line,and summarizes and analyzes the research progress in conventional,coarse,and fine particle flotation equipment and their intelligence from three levels:basic theory,key technologies,and industrial applications. Overall,with the increasing demand for mineral resources and the demand for green,low-carbon,and intelligent development of mineral processing plants,the development of flotation equipment is unprecedentedly prosperous and in a new stage of historical development.
