Abstract:
      The ore is fine-grained altered rock type, which is a kind of gold deposit suffers flotation. After years of construction, process optimization and technological reformation, the recovery rate of flotation increased from 70% to 81.57%. In recent years, it is difficult to improve the ore dressing indexes qualitatively, In order to improve the ore dressing indexes of this mine, using the process mineralogy research combined with the beneficiation process investigation,Summary analysis of the mineral processing index is difficult to effectively improve the main reason is that the fine grain size of the original ore inlay, the high content of mud minerals and the large amount of gold circulation at the bottom of hydrocyclone, resulting in the difficult for the fine-grained gold monomers to be dissociated, and the surface of the dissociated monomer is contaminated and lost with the flotation tailings, which is the main reason why the mineral dressing index can not be effectively improved.By conducting the flash flotation + preferred flotation + branch flotation high efficiency flotation technology feasibility study.In consequence, the problems of overgrinding and undergrinding was effectively solved. And the concentrate grade was finally improved to 38.84g/t, while the recovery rate 86.83%. Combined with the existing technological process and equipment characteristics of the concentrator plant, the feasibility study on technical reform of the concentrator plant was carried out, after the technical reform, the recovery rate of the concentrator can be increased by about 5.26% and the annual profit increased by more than 8.8 million yuan.
