Abstract: |
The valuable minerals of porphyry tin ore are mainly cassiterite and a small amount of other valuable elements such as molybdenum, bismuth, tungsten and copper. Due to the fine grain size of cassiterite, it is disseminated and embedded in gangue minerals, it is extremely difficult to recover cassiterite and the recovery rate in the production process is low. Theflotation- Segregation- shunt -Select gravity concentration of beneficiation processes is finally recommended through the test of grinding ore and grained separation. To find out the mineral composition, disseminated grain size, association and encasement relationship, it is researched on technological mineralogy of raw ore, tin concentrate Ⅰ, tin concentrate Ⅱ and tailing by using the Mineral Liberation Analyzer(MLA) and X-ray. The results show that the cassiterites in raw ore are mainly fine imbedded in gangue minerals, and the cassiterite size is fine. It provide basis for the optimization and Technical support of flotation- Segregation- shunt -Select gravity concentration of beneficiation processes. |
