Abstract: |
Taking a water-quenched copper slag of Ruilin as the research object, through the stage grinding flotation, the first stage uses steel balls as the grinding medium with grinding fineness -0.045mm accounts for 90%, and the tailings uses nano ceramic balls as the grinding medium and Isa mill as ultra-fine grinding equipment with regrind grinding fineness -0.038mm accounted for 95%, use z-200 as Collector, and the copper concentrate with the comprehensive copper grade of 19.01% and the recovery rate of 88.68% can be obtained; the copper grade of the tailings is reduced to 0.18%. This study has reference significance in the re-grinding of nano ceramic balls in copper slag tailings. |
