Abstract:
      The SiO2 content of silicate colloidal phosphate ore produced in A mining area of A company is generally more than 30%, the amount of storage is huge, the conventional single reverse flotation process is difficult to achieve the required concentrate index, but the production cost of using the positive reverse flotation process or the double reverse flotation process is relatively high, and the economic benefit is not ideal. In this paper, through the study and analysis of the multiple elements of ore, it is found that the qualified concentrate fingers can be obtained by the single reverse flotation process after the ore blending with CaO/P2O5, which is larger than 1.79. In this way, the mixture ratio, dissociation degree, grinding fineness and reagent system of two ores were studied. Finally, the concentrate indicators of P2O5 (28.89%), MgO (0.91%), yield (62.73%) and recovery (85.24%) were determined when the mixture ratio was 1:3, grinding fineness (92%), pharmaceutical system (1.5kg/t), regulator (18kg/t) and collector (3.0kg/t).
