Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of large amount of lime in the separation of high-sulfur lead-zinc ore, combined with process mineralogy, research on a mineral processing to a high-sulfur lead-zinc mine in Yunnan. The results showed that: Using LY-2 as a pyrite depressant, in the case of low alkalinity(Ph=9), can depress pyrite better. Through closed-circuit, the lead concentrates contain lead grade and recovery of 61.13% and 88.40%, and lead operation recovery91.75% with Lead sulfur separation; Sulfur concentrate contain lead 1.66%, zinc 2.76%, and lead recovery7.95%, zinc recovery5.19%, realized the high effective separation of lead and sulfur, the technique provide a new ideas for the development of this type of mine.
