Abstract:
      In view of the complex mineralogy and the close association of silver,lead,zinc and iron sulfide minerals in the ore,the influence of grinding fineness,grinding method and flowsheet structure on the separation indices was studied.A process of rapid flotation of silver and lead ,asynchronous intensified re-flotation,and re-grinding of rough concentrate followed by cleaning was adopted,assisted by the highly-efficient collector BK906,solving the problem that the same mineral type showed different flotability which deteriorated mineral processing indices.The product quality was improved and an efficient separation and recovery of lead and zinc realized.The goal of improving the grade and the recovery of valuable metals was finally achieved.
