Abstract: |
The bond ball milling power index of four different sizes of V-Ti-magnetite was tested (- 3.35mm, - 1.7mm, - 0.83mM, - 0.425mm). The bond power index of four different products was obtained (- 0.15mm, - 0.096mm, - 0.075mm, - 0.058mm). The mathematical model between the feed particle, product particle and power index were established. At the same time, the bond power index test was transformed into industrial test. The results show that the power index is inversely proportional to the feed size and the product size; the power index is exponential function to the feed size and quadratic function to the control screen size. The GBP of new production per revolution decreases with the decrease of the control screen size. The results of industrial conversion show that the finer the particle size of the product, the smaller the grinding capacity.The actual unit power consumption and the calculated unit power consumption increase with the decrease of the particle size of the product. The above results can also provide some guidance for the calculation and selection of the grinding machine with different grinding sizes of vanadic titanomagnetite. |
