Abstract: |
In order to achieve efficient recovery of an oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore, and producing qualified copper sulfide concentrates and copper oxide concentrates. The flotation tests were carried out on a mixed copper ore, combining ore properties and flotation process characteristics. Use principle flowsheet of preferential flotation of copper sulfide ore, then recovery vulcanized copper oxide by the method of flotation. The flotation conditions tests of copper sulfide and copper oxide ore were carried out respectively, and the best flotation process parameters were obtained. The results show that at a combination of butyl xanthate and Z-200 is used as a copper sulfide collector, and NaHS is used as a copper oxide sulfide and amyl xanthate as a copper oxide collector. A copper sulfide concentrate with grade of 22.72% was obtained at a recovery of 64.12% by flotation process of one rougher-two scavenging-three cleaning, and a copper oxide concentrate with grade of 25.10% was obtained at a recovery of 20.00% by flotation process of one rougher-two scavenging and one cleaning-two scavenging of rough concentrate. The test results provide powerful data support and technical reference for the development of similar type copper ore. |
