Abstract:
      A marble type graphite ore, its large scalegraphgraphy content is high, and its floatability is very good. In order to make efficient use of the graphite ore resources, the flotation technology of graphite flake protection was studied. The experimental results show that with the primary grinding fineness of 45% passing 0.075mm, the crude concentrate is re-grinding and concentrating 4 times , after Screening + 0.15mm concentrate, -0.15mm concentrate is re-grinding 4 times and concentrating 5 times. The fixed carbon content of the refined concentrate products was 91.39%, the recovery rate was 27.37%, the fixed carbon content of -0.15mm concentrate products was 94.06%, the recovery rate was 63.57%, the total fixed carbon recovery rate of the total concentrate was 90.94%, the process could effectively protect the large scale graphite.
