Abstract:
      The implementation of an effective controller in a complex grinding process is a key factor to achieve the production index. In this paper, research of the process optimization of a comminution-classification circuit is presented by the perspective of process diagnosis,solution design, control system development and practical application. A process optimal control system of comminution circuits is developed based on intelligent measurement technology which include mill load monitoring system, feeding particle analyzer and modelling soft sensor, and advanced process control algorithms like expert system control and fuzzy control. The software product of the control system is applying in the concentrator for operation intelligentization and index optimization, and has achieved obvious effect.
