Abstract: |
Aiming at the problem of high grade (0.065%) of flotation tailings of a single copper ore concentrator in Xinjiang, the flotation tailings were researched on technological mineralogy, and the tailing reduction process test research was carried out. Finally, flotation tailings were adopted The flotation process of grading tailings, coarse-grained (+0.15 mm) tailings regrinding and re-separation, obtained a 20.13% concentrate grade and a 95.75% recovery rate of copper concentrate. The copper grade of tailings can be reduced to 0.040%, which is 0.025% lower than the copper grade produced on site, achieving the goal of reducing the grade of tailings. |
