Abstract: |
In this paper, the single mineral flotation experiment of chalcopyrite and galena and the actual mineral flotation test of chalcopyrite and galena mixed concentrate in Southwest China are carried out.The formula of non-toxic depressant suitable for chalcopyrite and galena flotation separation was selected: SM1 + sodium sulfite + zinc sulfate. The mechanism analysis shows that the above depressants do not have strong interaction with chalcopyrite pre adsorbed with collectors, while the depressantscan cover the collectors on the surface of galena to form chemical adsorption, which is also the reason why the depressants have better inhibition effect on galena and do not affect the chalcopyrite index. |
