Abstract:
      Through chemical analysis and SEM process mineralogy analysis, it is found that the CaF2 content of a certain carbonate fluorite ore in Yunnan is 22.38% and that of calcite is 56.46%, which is a low-grade fluorite. According to the ore properties, using high-efficiency fluorite collector CYY-1, gangue inhibitor Dannin, grinding fineness of -0.075 mm 72.03%, the separation of fluorite and calcite is well realized , and good beneficiation indexes can be obtained by the closed circuit test process that is one roughing, one scavenging and five refining: CaF2 grade is 96.59%, recovery rate is 73.94%.
