Abstract:
The return sand ratio is an important index to measure the grinding efficiency and hydrocyclone classification efficiency of grinding classification process. It is difficult to obtain the real-time value of sand return ratio because it is difficult to directly or indirectly measure the dry ore quantity of sand settling and overflow. In the past, the measurement of sand return ratio is usually based on off-line process investigation method, which has a long measurement cycle and has no guiding significance for control. Based on the model of nageswararo hydrocyclone, a soft sensing method for on-line operation of sand return ratio is developed, which provides a real-time method for control system to obtain sand return ratio. Industrial application results show that the method is real-time and effective.
